Interlibrary Loans

Our staff will try to borrow items not available in our library for you from another Canadian library via our Interlibrary Loans service.

Cost

  • the service is usually free of charge
  • occasionally, the external library imposes a charge
    • if this happens, we pass the charge along to you
    • we confirm the amount with you before going ahead with the order
    • at that time, you are free to cancel your order with no obligation
  • lost/damaged items: replacement costs are determined by the lending library

How it works
