Summary | In the first program, a stage and screen star's climb for the top pushes her over the edge. In the second program set in small town Kansas, a drifter drops in on his old college buddy, and falls for the buddy's girl. In the third program, a witch falls in love with her neighbour. In the fourth program, a young woman is in a relationship with her boss, nearly twice her age, and their families' disapproval threatens their happiness. In the fifth program, a cabaret singer romances a wealthy socialite into financing his own nightclub, but then falls for a voluptuous chorus girl. |
