Stay with this one. At first I thought it was a cliched sit-com about a dolt husband and a beautiful, long suffering wife. It even had a laugh track which I hate but something very different happens. Once the wife steps out of her husband's shadow everything changes - stylistically, even genre. The hour long series (8 in total) varies each week from enduring to endearing, from light to dark, from male gaze to female bonding, from broad comedy to drama, from laugh track to silence. Worth watching and it haunts even after the final show of the season - ended up binge watching this.
So if you ever wondered about the life of Mrs. "Everyone Loves Raymond" or Mrs. "King of Queens" as examples, now is a chance to see life through their eyes.
