What I liked about this series is how it captures the rhythm and feel of real life, which, unfortunately, requires slow, painstaking cinematography. I say 'unfortunately' because I think the series is at least one episode (there are seven) too long. Also, since chronology is so vital to the tale, being based on a true story as it is, I wish the content in the flashbacks had been presented at the beginning so we could have a better understanding of Tilly right from the get-go. Finally, I would have preferred that the Inspector's interviews with her had occurred at the end of the film and had been more thoroughly presented.
