Correspondence is formally received at Board meetings and becomes part of the record of the public Board meeting. Personal information about the author of any correspondence (e.g., name, address, contact information, opinion/views, etc.) may be included as part of the meeting agendas and minutes, and would therefore be available to members of the public through the Library's website, at the meetings or through Freedom of Information requests.

Anyone wishing to address the Board regarding an item on the Required Approvals Agenda must submit a request directed to the Chief Librarian/CEO and received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding the meeting.
