Seth is the cartoonist behind the comic book series Palookaville, which started in the stone age as a pamphlet and is now a semi-annual hardcover. His comics have appeared in the New York Times Magazine, Best American Comics, and McSweeneys Quarterly. His illustrations have appeared in numerous publications including the cover of the New Yorker, the Walrus, and Canadian Notes & Queries. He is also Lemony Snicket's partner for the new Young Readers series, All the Wrong Questions, and has illustrated and designed a new, deluxe edition of Stephen Leacock's Sunshine Sketches of a little Town. He is the designer for several classic comics reprint series, notably collections of work by Charles Schulz, John Stanley, and Doug Wright. The cartoonist has exhibited throughout the world in a variety of group and solo shows. He was the subject of a solo exhibition at the Art Gallery of Ontario, which showcased the first public display of his model city Dominion. He is now a part of the Gallery's permanent collection. Dominion City subsequently toured Galleries in Eastern and Central Canada and will be travelling to select galleries in the west in 2014. He is the subject of a National Film Board documentary entitled Seth's Dominion. Seth lives in Guelph, Ontario, with his wife Tania and their two cats in an old house he has named "Inkwell's End".

Dan Parent

Dan Parent is best known for his work on the Archie comics, and has garnered a GLAAD Award and a Harvey Award nomination.

Janet Hetherington is an Ottawa-based writer and artist who has worked on a number of comic book projects.

Ronn Sutton

Ronn Sutton is an Ottawa-based artist who has decades of experience working in comics and animation.

Jeffrey Sturge and Nick Marinkovich

Jeffrey Sturge and Nick Marinkovich are the creators of The Voyageur, Book One, a 90-page novel set in 17th century Europe and North America.

Tom Fowler is a comic artist and writer living in Ottawa. He will have books and original art for sale.

Queen's Comic Book Legion will sell their student-made comic books and art work, including an exclusive King Con art print.

Trendy Superhero art prints, as well as prints that cover many different comic or tv themes by the local artist Karin Pryal. Also accompanied by flyers and examples of photography sessions by local photographer Emily Hunter for your very own character scene or personalized tv/movie scene that is edited to perfection.

Mike Rooth is a Canadian freelance Art Mercenary whose illustrations have appeared in books, graphic novels, comic books, art card sets, board games and more since the mid 1990s.

Susan Hwang

Kingston-based artist and writer selling pinback buttons, keychains, magnets, art prints and commissions of games and nerd culture.

Local fantasy artist, selling prints and original sketch commissions. Works based on popular television, movie and comic book series.

Candace and Kristen create high quality graphics for comics and games. They will be selling pin-back buttons, postcards, prints and possibly mini-comics to sell.

Cody Yeo is a local writer that self publishes comics and zines, such as EPOCHS, the comic series available at Nexxus, and Minotaur.

Ryan Leis

Quick and Dirty Scrap Works will demonstrate armouring and leather working, creating items related to cosplay and geek culture. They will sell hand forged trinkets, armour and hand-tooled leather cuff bracelets.

Kingston Irish Fighting Arts

Kingston Irish Fighting Arts teaches 19th century European martial arts such as Irish stick (a traditional martial art using a walking stick), pugilism (19th century boxing), savate (Frnech kick boxing) and self-defense for ladies and gentlemen.

Kingston Niten Kai

The Kingston Niten Kai teaches Kenjutsu according to two schools; Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu and Toyama Ryu. We teach traditionnal Japanese swordsmanship using the long, short and two swords as well as bo (6 foot staff) and iai (drawing and cutting in one motion).

Ironwood Sword School

The Kingston Ironwood Sword School offers training in the Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) in the German Longsword tradition of the 14th to 16th centuries. If you are interested in period swordplay and historically accurate combat techniques or just want to know more about historical sword fighting, here is your chance to learn about what it was really like to be a medieval knight.

Broadsword Academy Kingston

Broadsword Academy Kingston teaches the art of swordsmanship with Scottish broadswords, as practiced in the 18th and 19th century.
