Tech Tutors

Tech Tutors are knowledgeable library staff who can be booked for a one-on-one appointment to help with your tech challenges.  

The Tech Tutor program supports those facing digital dilemmas, such as using library digital resources like OverDrive or hoopla Digital, getting started with Office software, understanding a new personal mobile device like a phone or e-reader or learning computer and internet basics.   

Library users can expect patient guidance as they embark on their digital learning journey. 

How to book a Tech Tutor appointment

Tech Tutors are available by appointment only! 

Step 1: Check our events calendar to find upcoming appointment times. 

Step 2: Call or visit any branch to book your one-on-one appointment.

Registration is limited to two sessions per patron over a three-month period. However, if there are available appointments which have not been filled, you may be scheduled for an additional appointment.
