Methods of Payment

The Library accepts online payments (VISA and Mastercard), debit at select branches, cash and cheque.

Online payments

The Library uses Bambora, a third-party payment processor, to collect secure payments for online transactions.

If you have any outstanding fees, replacement costs, or other charges on your account, they will appear on the Payments section of your account.

Select the ‘Pay Now’ option beside one of your outstanding payments and proceed to the Bambora.com website to complete your payment.

To have a receipt emailed to you, add your Email Address to the Address Information section during checkout.

Once your payment has been processed you will be returned to the Payments History page of your KFPL account.

Other forms of payment

Debit is accepted at Calvin Park, Central and Cataraqui Centre branches. 

All library branches accept cash and cheque.
