Summary | Sixteen-year-old Finn Earl reluctantly agrees to spend the summer with his mother living in the home of aging billionaire Ogden C. Osbourne. Finn eventually learns to like living there and develops a crush on Ogden's granddaughter. But when an unforeseen act of violence erupts, Finn and his mother suddenly find themselves estranged from their new friends and posh surroundings. |
