This is a very well done movie, was well orchestrated and used enough real life neuroscience in it to make it believable, and worth turning into a long running series.

Definitely not Kosner's best film. OK film, but the plot line requires many leaps of faith to try and get into it. Good action. I understand why it is rated so low at Rotten Tomatoes.
