A strange film that is brilliantly acted and beautifully shot, but still a bit on the bizarre side.
Is the film a thriller or a suspense or even a horror movie? Maybe all of these at the same time. The pace of the film is purposely slow, adding gravitas. The concept is based more on a metaphysical world that real, as there is no real explanation other than this is justice done because it has to.
I don't know that I really liked it, but I was certainly drawn into it and had to see the end.
