I haven't been entirely honest with you

Hello to you, my dear reader chum. Lovely to be in your hands! So, here's the thing. I find myself the bearer of ten keys to living and feeling well. A bold statement, I know. But, if I'm being honest, a few years ago I collapsed with exhaustion and illness. And I didn't know why it was happening or how to help myself. It seemed I could read one book on mindfulness, one on habits and goals, one on trauma, one on ice baths, one on silent retreats, one on expressing inner rage, one on soya beans. It was all way too confusing. What were the basic keys to well-being? I began researching, and ultimately discovered that to live well meant feeling confident and at home in ourselves, trusting we are loved, and that our life has meaning. Isn't that what we all need and want, my dear reader chum? We're always going to be weird and wonky works in progress (thankfully!) but we're also uniquely wonderful and deserve to feel safe and comfortable in our own skin. I hope my story helps you to freely be the wonder that you are made to be. It might just help with any difficulty you may be going through. It did for me. Either way, a big hearty hug to you.
