Summary | At fifty-three, Agatha Raisin sells her successful public relations firm in London for early retirement in the Cotswolds. Lacking social skills, Agatha is soon bored and lonely. To garner some popularity, she enters a store-bought quiche in a local bake-off, but instead of winning she learns that her entry has poisoned the judge.
