Review by unofficial reviewer
Wonderful character based film about a trip taken by the two main opponents in the Irish religious war of the late 20th Century (Sinn Fein leader Martin McGuiness and Democratic Party leader Ian Paisley).
Spall is extraordinary in his powerful rendering of Paisley and so is Meaney in the portrayal of McGuiness.
It is an absolute delight to see the two main characters interacting with each other. Superb story telling and acting about this fact based event that brought the end of the fighting in Ireland.
For an example of extraordinary acting, observe Sprall in the scene at the gas station.
