Summary | Reese and Amy have everything a couple could hope for-a loving companionship and a home-well, almost everything. But that all changes when Amy decides to detransition and become Ames. Reese is all alone, grappling with questions of her new reality. She falls back into her old patterns, throwing herself into poor, meaningless relationships. And Ames isn't particularly happy either, though he's found a sort of comfort in his relationship with his boss, Katrina. But when Katrina discovers she's pregnant--with Ames' child--Ames is forced to confront his fears about masculinity and fatherhood. He also wonders if it's a chance for family for him, Reese and Katrina. |
