Poetry Mentorship

KFPL is hosting a Poet Laureate Mentorship Program with the City of Kingston's Poet Laureate, Sadiqa de Meijer.

To apply, aspiring poets ages 14 and up can email mmanga@kfpl.ca a paragraph about themselves and up to five pages of poetry by March 7, 2025. Eight selected participants will have the opportunity to share their work at a public reading on April 19, 2025.
