Correspondence related to Board matters may be sent to the Kingston Frontenac Public Library Board or the Chief Librarian/CEO. Correspondence is formally received at Board meetings and becomes part of the record of the public Board meeting. Personal information about the author of any correspondence (e.g., name, address, contact information, opinion/views, etc.) may be included as part of the meeting agendas and minutes, and would therefore be available to members of the public through the Library's website, at the meetings, or through Freedom of Information requests.
Information regarding Delegations
When anyone desires to address the Board on an item on the Required Approvals Agenda, they shall be permitted to do so, provided the request is directed to the Chief Executive Officer and received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding the meeting.
