Ad Hoc Community Engagement — Patron Code of Conduct Committee
At the October 26, 2017 meeting The Library Board approved an ad hoc committee to develop a strategy for community engagement for the Patron Code of Conduct and to bring recommendations to the November 22, 2017 meeting.
Board members, Claudette Richardson, Judith Brown, Wilma Kenny and Catherine Tang, will serve on the ad hoc committee.

Meetings are held at the Isabel Turner Branch in Meeting Rooms A & B and will take place from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. unless noted otherwise.

Information regarding Delegations
When anyone desires to address the Board on matters upon which the Board is considering taking action, they shall be permitted to do so, provided the request is directed to the Chief Executive Officer and received on or before 4:30 p.m. on the 8th day preceding the regular meeting. Please read further for the list of requirements to attend as a delegation or refer to the Kingston Frontenac Public Library Constitution, and the Kingston Frontenac Public Library By-Laws.
