Book a Group Visit
KFPL welcomes groups into our branches!
Each class is invited to book one staff-led visit each school year and is encouraged to return independently for research and/or book selection.
We would be happy to help your group connect with appropriate library resources.
Fall 2024 Update
Starting September 2024, KFPL is implementing a new process for booking elementary classes (K-6) in Kingston. For grades 7 and up, Frontenac school requests, daycares and/or other groups, please continue to use the Group Visit Form below to book your visit.
To book an elementary class visit (a maximum of two classes from the same school can share a booking):

Go to the events calendar

Look for an opening entitled Class Visit

Select your nearest KFPL branch

Submit your request
Once the timeslot is booked, KFPL staff will contact you to arrange library card sign-up forms and to tailor the visit for your group.
Time slots will open on the 1st day of the month with availability for the following month. For example, November openings will open on October 1.
