Reminiscing with loved ones is a time-honoured way to connect. Our new Reminiscing Kits connect caregivers with quality, curated resources and a how-to resource guide to help them engage in activities with loved ones who are experiencing varying levels of dementia. A total of 50 kits are available, with an extended loan period of 8 weeks.
If you’ve used a Reminiscing Kit, please share your feedback to help us make the program even better.
