Online Payments

The Kingston Frontenac Public Library uses Bambora, a third-party payment processor, to collect secure payments for online transactions.

If you have any outstanding subscription fees, replacement costs, or other charges on your account, they will appear on the Payments Due page of your account.

Selecting the Pay Now option beside one of your outstanding payments will take you to the website to complete your payment. 

To have a receipt emailed to you, add your Email Address to the Address Information section during checkout.

Once your payment has been processed you will be returned to the Payments History page of your KFPL account. 

Accepted Payment Methods



We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. All dollar amounts are displayed in Canadian dollars.

Refunds for lost items that are found and returned within one year (excluding paperbacks, magazines and board books) will be issued via cheque. Contact the library for more information and read the details of the Loan Periods, Fees, and Other Charges at KFPL.

Other Forms of Payment

You can still pay any outstanding payments at your local branch. Debit is accepted at our Calvin Park, Central and Isabel Turner branches. All library branches accept cash and cheque.
