Even adults enjoy a good storytime, especially with a live reader instead of an audiobook! Grownup Storytime Online is back, now at a new time. Join us from 1-2 p.m. every Monday, October 18 through November 22. Get crafty with our take-home kit

Join other crafters from the comfort of home, with materials provided by KFPL! Try a new craft each month with these new take-home kits, starting with October's 3D Cricut poppy. Crafters of all abilities will learn how to crush this craft with Zoom instruction, October 20 from 6:30-8 p.m.

Bead a poppy with an Indigenous artist

Join Hannah Turcotte, a North Bay and Mattawa Algonquin First Nation artist, in creating a beaded poppy with a kit from your library branch.

Beading is a cornerstone of Indigenous artistic and cultural tradition, from traditional regalia to contemporary art. Learn more about this practice and try it for yourself October 27 at 1 p.m. KFPL thanks the Friends of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library for sponsoring this event.
