Writing Joy: How To Write a Joyful Poem in Troubled Times

Poets, like the rest of us, are trying to come to terms with the pandemic.  But must grappling with the anxiety of COVID-19 necessarily produce anxiety-filled verse?  Do turbulent times always inspire only dark poetry?  Kingston Poet Laureate Jason Heroux offers two online workshops on Writing Joy: How to Write a Joyful Poem in Troubled Times.  Both workshops will be the same.  On Saturday, April 24 at 2 p.m. and Monday, April 26 at 7 p.m.  Register to receive the Zoom link.
