Join KFPL and Kingston Community Health Centres every Monday at the Rideau Heights Community Centre for a day of activities designed for older adults. Take part in exercise classes, educational workshops, a talking café, cards and board games and a monthly book club.

Learn what Kingston is doing to address the climate emergency -- at home, at work, in our streets, and beyond -- and how each of us can help. This is the second of two online workshops with Jeremy Milloy of the Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation Office of the Sisters of Providence, rescheduled from November 12.
