Queen's for Teens: An Online Mentoring Event for Teens Interested in the Sciences!

Do you want to to learn what experts in diverse fields of science do, and why they are so passionate about it? Women in Science at Queen's (WISQ) and KFPL invite Kingston and Frontenac Teens to join us on Zoom for a panel discussion featuring a number of career scientists speaking about their work. Attendees will learn about the joys, challenges, and educational requirements from scientists working in diverse fields. In addition to representatives from Medical Science, Applied Physics, and Social and Psychological Science, attendees will also hear from a Queen's scientist virologist who will explain the science behind the COVID-19 pandemic.
