KFPL Live: The Law Protecting Older Adults
Do you have questions about the law concerning older adults? Lawyer Sheila Morris offers a one-hour Zoom presentation on the rights and responsibilities under Ontario law of older adults and those who care for them, including capacity concerns, the importance of Powers of Attorney, and remedies for financial abuse of seniors.
This digital program is free to all adults but requires registration. A Zoom link and password will be shared with registrants the day before the discussion.
