Let's Read Together!

Young readers in grades 1 to 3 are invited to join us for Reading Buddies—a fun, supportive program where teen volunteers and library staff provide one-on-one reading support and engaging literacy activities.

The Isabel Turner Branch will be temporarily closed starting Fall 2024 for renovations. During this time, we’ll be temporarily moving to the Cataraqui Centre.  Get updates here.

Extended Hours Project

The Extended Hours Project will provide Kingston East residents with more opportunities to use their public library branch, expanding access to a vibrant community space where they can connect and learn. This project will offer a bridge to the planned building renovation and service expansion, with ongoing evaluation as the project is implemented.
