Register for TD Summer Reading Club!

Get ready for a summer full of stories, fun and prizes with the TD Summer Reading Club at KFPL!

Pre-readers (ages 0–5) and school-age kids (ages 6–12) can track their reading and complete fun activities on Beanstack to earn badges and enter monthly prize draws. The Grand Prize—a $100 Indigo gift card and a goody basket—will be awarded to one participant in each age group who completes the TD Summer Reading Club! Kids are encouraged to visit the library weekly to share their reading, collect a sticker and put their name up on the Wall of Achievement. Sign up now on Beanstack and start your summer reading adventure! Thank you to the Friends of the Library for supporting summer reading programs at KFPL. 

The challenge starts Friday, June 14, and runs until Sunday, Aug. 24.

Lunar New Year Spring Festival

Join KFPL and the Chinese Canadian Association of Kingston and District (CCAKD) for Lunar New Year celebrations at the Central Branch! LEGO Robotics Kits

Get ready to dive into the world of robotics with LEGO EV3! Build and program your very own creations using regular LEGO bricks and electronic components like motors, sensors and a “brick” (the brain that controls everything).
