Dragon Masters: Fortress of the Stone Dragon
Review by Hannah, age 7
In the story, there is an evil wizard named Astrid who wants to take over the world using a spell that brings dinosaur bones to life. The Dragon Masters, who are 8-year-olds, use dragon powers to go to the fortress of the Stone Dragon to try and stop Astrid. I like this series because it is full of exciting cliffhangers. I think the characters are cool and I love all the magic. You might like this book too if you like mythical creatures and adventure!
Grumpy Unicorn Hits the Road
Review by Ricardo, age 7
The story is about a grumpy unicorn that is bored and decides to take a road trip. During his trip he makes friends and has fun adventures. I liked reading this book. This book is funny, entertaining, easy-to-read and has colourful pictures. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars and I recommend other kids to read this book.
The Magic of the Mirror
Review by Amy, age 9
The story is about Thea sisters is going to the fantasy world because there is a cruel witch, and she made a mirror called Mayhem mirror. The mirror is framed with black pearls and the Thea sisters must replace the pearls with eight harmonies. The Thea sisters had to travel to other fantasy world by figuring out the riddle and getting the harmonies from each of the fantasy worlds. The book was fun and adventurous. I got inspired by the book because the five mouses had lots of hard and dangerous situations, but they kept getting forward and they were also brave at any time. I wish I would be similar like the Thea sisters and always keep going forward even if I face any dangerous situations and always be brave and strong.
