The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia is May 17, every year, in recognition of the World Health Organization declassifying homosexuality as a mental disorder on May 17, 1990. This year's theme is “Our Bodies, Our Lives, Our Rights”, highlighting the right to live one's sexuality, express gender(s) freely, and be free of violence and discrimination.
