Sourcery by Terry Pratchett

In the fifth book of the Discworld series, Rincewind is featured again as main character. This time, Rincewind must fight to save the world from the rise of "sourcery," which will eventually destroy the world. Aided by the beautiful but dangerous Conina and the magical archchancellor's hat, he must surmount many a powerful foe. But as time is running out, Rincewind struggles to make progress in his quest.

Rincewind is as interesting and confused as ever, but Conina helps him to get out of trouble.

I enjoyed this book, and it is definitely worth reading. Pratchett's creative and unique way of writing never disappoints. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in sci-fi or fantasy, and to anyone looking for a refreshingly creative book or book series. If you like this book, you might also like Garth Nix's Keys to the Kingdom series, as it is also a creative and unique series.
