10 years after the conclusion of The Grudge series, the deadly curse is back! Taking place in 3 periods of time, the film has its scares but copies some from the original film. The actors all have their cringe worthy performances. With taking place in 3 time periods, it makes it incredibly hard to follow and know what is a part of each timeline. If they were wanting to make this film better, they should have gone in the order of the events in the way they happened. The movie has too many unrealistic events that are just too stupid for film. One scene that has to deal with character Faith is just way too over the top and certainly should have been noticed during editing. For fans of the original Grudge films they will likely be extremely disappointed. I don't think it was ever really worth bringing this series back. If you watch this movie, wait for Netflix.
