When It's Real by Erin Watt

Vaughn Bennett will receive a fat paycheck, which can be very helpful when you have plans for life, a younger sibling, and no parents. The only catch is she must act as a famous pop star and Oakley Ford’s girlfriend. Although at first, he seems like a stuck-up, spoilt by fame celebrity, once Vaughn gets to know him, he’s different.

A light, casual, and a little bit predictable, the book was easy to breeze through and was enjoyable throughout. This slow burn, cliché story with the fake dating trope, slow burn, and a dual perspective is perfect for anyone looking for a cheesy romance.
