This novel is very romance-based and there is lots of sexual-scenes so it would be best for 14+ audiences. As you read you are always left curious - wondering why Monique was chosen or what happened in Evelyn’s past, making you want to keep reading. The writing style greatly influenced the read as well, the shifts from Evelyn to Monique were subtle and divided the perspectives effectively. Overall it was an amazing read, and I highly recommend it!
