The story is about June, a fifteen-year-old military prodigy, and Day, a notorious outlaw accused of murdering her brother. When June is tasked with capturing Day, she discovers a shocking truth that leads her to question everything she thought she knew about the Republic and its leaders. Together, they must uncover an evil plot that threatens to destroy everything and must work together to uncover the truth and fight for justice.

"Legend" by Marie Lu is absolutely action-packed. The action never stops in this book - there are chases, fights, and all the suspense keeps you on your toes. Overall, "Legend" is a thrilling and addictive read with a side plot of romance which I would highly recommend to anyone who loves dystopian fiction.
