Keeper of the Lost Cities is Shannon Messenger’s first instalment in the Keeper of the Lost Cities saga, soon to be a graphic novel and movie. I really enjoyed reading this book. This book has positive messages of loyalty, friendship, family and courage. The plot was nicely paced, the characters were relatable and entertaining with lots of fun and twists. Fans of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson would like this book. Also by the same author, a YA series called the Sky Fall Trilogy might be of interest too.
