Neighbors 2 is a comedy film rated PG-13 that picks up a few years after the events of the first film, with Mac and Kelly Radner expecting their second child and trying to sell their house. However, their plans are put on hold when a sorority moves in next door and starts throwing wild parties.

 

Thanks to its talented cast, the film delivers plenty of laughs, it has a hilarious script, and raunchy humour. While the chemistry between Rogen and Byrne is as excellent as ever, Zac Efron's character, Teddy, undergoes a compelling and funny character arc. However, some of the jokes feel forced or repetitive.

 

Neighbors 2 is a solid comedy that provides laughs and an entertaining performance with a good cast of characters and witty humour.
