Romeo and Juliet written by William Shakespeare is a teen and adult read book. It is one of William Shakespeare's most tragic love stories due its many betrayals, heartbreaks, and ultimately death. Romeo and Juliet is about two crossed lovers by fate. It is a teenage love story. Shakespeare’s use of literary devices impacts the book greatly. It creates a good sense of humor which makes it very enjoyable for the reader. This book is one of many of my favorite love tragedies and I recommend it. If you are nervous about the language of the book, the library offers side by side translation of the old English into modern English.
