The setting and science fiction element of this book leads to some very entertaining moments, which was a great part of why I was able to enjoy this book as much as I did. Some of the book’s more lackluster elements are greatly enriched by surprisingly well-thought-out character development, making it much more captivating. 

Overall, I would recommend this book to fans of sci-fi and top-notch character development.
