Most mass marketing fraud — ransomware, online scams, phony calls from banks or the Canada Revenue Agency — is conducted by organized crime and funds terrorist activities. Victims seldom want to admit their losses. Tom Cheel from the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre outlines the most common types of mass marketing fraud and how to protect yourself.  Free to all adults and teens, but seating is limited.
