Retirees Glenn Green and Carol VandenEngel have just finished canoeing across Canada, a journey of over 8,500 kilometres. They've also raised $23,000 for Kingston's Loving Spoonful and spread awareness of sustainable food security by provisioning themselves with fresh local food dehydrated at home and then shipped ahead along their route.
