Join the Fun with the TD Summer Reading Club!

Get ready for a summer full of stories, fun and prizes with the TD Summer Reading Club at KFPL!

Pre-readers (ages 0–5) and school-age kids (ages 6–12) can track their reading and complete fun activities on Beanstack to earn badges and enter monthly prize draws. The Grand Prize—a $100 Indigo gift card and a goody basket—will be awarded to one participant in each age group who completes the TD Summer Reading Club! Kids are encouraged to visit the library weekly to share their reading, collect a sticker and put their name up on the Wall of Achievement. Sign up now on Beanstack and start your summer reading adventure! Thank you to the Friends of the Library for supporting summer reading programs at KFPL. 

The challenge runs until Sunday, Aug. 24.

This special program will include read-alouds, songs, rhymes, STEM facts and more. This program will be provided mostly in French, with some helpful instructions for English speaking parents. A link will be emailed out to all registrants each week, and you'll be able to watch it as often as you like!

Guest Storytime - Pokko and the Drum by Matthew Forsythe

Join author and illustrator Matthew Forsythe for an afternoon storytime, hosted by KFPL as part of Kingston WritersFest!

From E.B. White Read Aloud honor artist Matthew Forsythe comes a picture book about a magical drum, an emerald forest, and the little frog who dares to make her own music.
