Teens, you made it to summer and you deserve to have some fun! This year we’re putting the Teen Summer Reading challenge on easy mode. All you need is an Instagram account and a bit of creativity.

Every Monday, from July 5 to September 3, we will post a weekly prompt on our Teen Instagram page. Your job: take a photo or upload your own art in response to the prompt. Tag @kfplteen in the photo or caption, and use our SRC hashtag, #KFPLTeenSRC so we know you’ve posted.

We’re looking forward to seeing your brilliant responses! And to acknowledge your hard work we will select a random weekly winner, drawn from the submissions we receive. We’ll also highlight some of your posts each week, sharing to our Instagram account! And at the end of the summer, we will randomly pick a grand prize-winner from everyone who participated!
