The Community Engagement Committee

Kingston Frontenac Public Library’s Board of Directors is delighted to announce the creation of a new committee: the Community Engagement Committee. The Community Engagement Committee will be devising a new model for KFPL’s community engagement the first application of which will be the development of a new Patron Code of Conduct.

KFPL is excited about this new process and welcomes your help and input. We’re looking for two community members to join us in this journey. The committee will be meeting approximately six evenings in 2016, beginning in late June.

The deadline to apply to join the committee is Friday, June 10, 2016 at 5 pm. You may fill out the application on our website. Alternatively, you may ask any of our staff for a paper copy, or download a PDF of the application, and submit it in person at any branch or to communityengagement@kfpl.ca. The committee will be recommending community members for approval at the June 22nd KFPL Board meeting.
